For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout:

By creating an account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

TraderStack provides a trading journal platform designed to help traders log, analyze, and improve their discipline and execution quality. Features include trade logging, journaling, a rule stack system, a trading calendar, dashboard analytics, and portfolio tracking.

Access to the Service requires a valid Subscription. TraderStack offers a single paid plan - "The Stacker" - at $14/month. All new subscribers receive a 14-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to begin the trial; you will not be charged until the trial period ends.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

Where significant changes affect paid features, we will provide reasonable advance notice.

To access the Service, you must create an Account and maintain a valid Subscription. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at traderstack.contact@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorized use.

• You may not create an account using false or misleading information.
• You may not share your account credentials with third parties.
• You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent subscription requirements, restrictions, or free trial limitations.
• Each account is for a single individual's personal use only.
• You may not attempt to access the Service without a valid Subscription.

Access to TraderStack requires a paid Subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis at the applicable rate until you cancel.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Use the Service for any fraudulent, false, or deceptive purpose.
• Attempt unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
• Attempt to access the Service without a valid active Subscription.
• Introduce malicious code, viruses, or software intended to harm or disrupt the Service.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service without our express written consent.
• Violate the intellectual property rights of TraderStack or any third party.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without authorization.

The Service and all of its original content, features, design, functionality, trademarks, and code are and will remain the exclusive property of TraderStack and its licensors.

You retain ownership of all Content you submit or create within the Service. By submitting Content, you grant TraderStack a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any analytics, statistics, or calculations provided through the Service.

TraderStack is a journaling and tracking tool. We expressly disclaim any responsibility for trading decisions made based on information provided by the Service. Past performance data logged in the Service does not predict future results.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRADERSTACK AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

In no event shall our total cumulative liability to you exceed the greater of (a) the total amount paid by you to TraderStack in the twelve months immediately preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TraderStack and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of or access to the Service.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Any Content you submit, post, or transmit through the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without cause and with or without notice, at our sole discretion. Grounds include violation of these Terms, failure to maintain a valid Subscription, abuse of free trial terms, or fraudulent activity.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in settings. Cancelling your Subscription ends your access at the conclusion of the current billing period.

Following termination, we may retain your data for a period required by law before deleting it in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will do so, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and notify you by email where appropriate.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance.
